Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order or you have changed your mind then you are entitled to cancel your order anytime up to 10 days before the specified date of delivery/collection. For example, if you have ordered a turkey to be collected on Christmas Eve then you must have cancelled this order by the 14th December. Please provide us with your order reference number and we will offer a full refund.

As our products are perishable we must be notified of any comments/complaints within 1 hour of delivery/collection as once the produce is in your hands it is your responsibility to keep it refrigerated and stored in the correct conditions. We cannot exchange any turkey that has been with you for longer than 1 hour. Please ensure that you check that you have received the correct size/type of turkey immediately in order to rectify any errors. Any errors on our part will be replaced at our expense.

We will always advise you to collect your turkey at the latest possible time and only offer collection on 23rd and 24th December for this reason. Our commercial fridges will keep them at a much lower temperature than a household fridge and you also tend to have a well-stocked fridge at Christmas time so it is harder to maintain cooler temperatures. Please do not store your turkey in a garage or outhouse, regardless of the outside weather, as the temperature will not be cold enough to keep the meat at its freshest.
